Thanks so much for signing up for one of our classes! Our classes are fun and exciting and an awesome way to really get your creative juices flowing! Below we have posted a quick FAQ section to answer your questions. If you don’t find an answer to your question, call or email us and we will do our best to answer it for you. • I just purchased my certificate and I am excited to sign-up. How do I sign-up?
To sign-up for your class, look at the schedule on the previous page and pick the date and time that fits your schedule. Then, follow the “click here to sign-up” link. All Groupon class sign-ups must be done online through our online system. We can not accept Groupon sign-ups by phone or email, as our system requires you to type in the voucher code.
• I don’t see a date or time that works with my schedule. Will there be other class offerings?
You bet there will be. We offer classes all year long! We usually plan them 1-2 months in advance, so as time marches on, we will be adding more classes. If you think there is a day or time that works best for you, let us know!
• I see a day and time that works for me! How do I go about getting registered?
That’s great, let’s get you into the class. You’ll want to hurry though, classes are limited in size and we will add you to the class on a first come, first serve basis. To get registered, click here. We require online registration so that you can type in your code online.
• I plan on giving this certificate as a gift, is that OK?
Of course it is! These classes make wonderful gifts for that person looking to get their creativity flowing and learn more about photography. Simply let them know to check this web page for class offerings and booking. The Groupon certificate is good for an entire year, so they should have plenty of time to find a class that fits with their schedule.
• Something’s come up, can I change my class date?
You bet. We realize that things come up and rescheduling becomes necessary. The only requirement that we have is that you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you don’t, there is a $20 rescheduling fee. You can either call or email us to let us know of your change. Let us know the class date you’d like to move to.
• Which number on the certificate do you need?
That’s a great question! There are several choices, but the unique number of your certificate is the number in the top right corner. This is your number and can be redeemed for a class one time.
• Where are the classes held?
They are held in different places depending on the class. We will email you the location of your class before the class date.
• What do I need to bring?
